The company has 3 hand surgeons, 3 orthopedic spine surgeons, 5 orthopedic surgeons, MRI, bracing, casting, and PT/OT departments.

We are located in the hub of Southern Oregon's medical community in a beautiful 3 story medical facility.

 THE ROLE

 A full-time position that manages a wide variety of ankle, knee, hip, spine, shoulder non-surgical, and surgical patients from teens to geriatrics. You will bring your skillset to use, share and learn new techniques and thought processes to reduce the need for medications and surgery.

The physical therapist will know when to consult with referral sources to optimize care and patient outcomes.

Opportunities to be a part of the growth of new PT facilities

Participate in clinical meetings to learn from your colleagues and share your expertise

Provide skilled physical therapy services with the intent to progress towards specialty certification: manual therapy, OCS, etc.

Depending on the experience of the clinician a formal plan for mentorship will be set up. This is custom-tailored to the goals and needs of the clinician. We will sit down to get to know how we can best support your development and goals.
